Boxes of paper are produced every single day. Since spring 2002 those boxes have been shipped to Kovatec’s Service Bureau, where the documents are scanned, indexed and brought on line. Now, if CRA gives DHL a buzz to request a document, it is emailed right from the Document Repository to CRA. The ROI for DHL is enormous.
In fact, the implementation in Toronto was so successful, that DHL Global Forwarding in Buffalo N.Y. requested to get their shipping documents as well as their Power of Attorney documents on line.
