Library of Parliament
Kovatec Inc. instituted a document management system at the Library of Parliament using PC Docs and Optika. This system allowed 800,000 newspaper articles to be scanned and made available on-line to librarians through a web-based system. The Library of Parliament and Document Branch(IDB) wished to carry out an imaging project to make newspaper clippings available on-line. The clippings are various sizes.
